1. TOOLS PRESENT
The current configuration uses only technical tools for access and explicitly requested interface preferences. It has no advertising cookies, Analytics tools or external fonts. Session cookies maintain login; display preferences serve only the user-selected function. We do not request consent for these technical purposes.
2. ICHEF INVENTORY
__Host-ichef_session — first-party cookie set after successful login. Maintains authentication using a random token, not the password; HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict. Up to eight hours. Removed from the browser on logout; access may end earlier through session revocation or account changes. Provider: VISIBILITY S.L.U. through iChef.
sidebar_state — first-party cookie set when the desktop sidebar is toggled. Remembers interface state for seven days from setting. Not used for advertising or measurement. Provider: VISIBILITY S.L.U. through iChef.
ichef-effects — first-party localStorage entry written when choosing to enable or disable animated effects. Stores on/off without an advertising identifier. No automatic expiry: remains until changed or site storage is deleted. Provider: VISIBILITY S.L.U. through iChef.
With technical tools only, the Cookies & privacy panel adds no vp_choice key and sends no consent receipt. Client sites with optional choices may use preference storage and a register; their own notices apply.
3. INFRASTRUCTURE AND OWNER ACCESS
Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare provide hosting, routing and technical protection. Their infrastructure may use security or session tools for services actually delivered; names and durations depend on provider configuration and are not invented in this application inventory. Activation or recovery of the owner only may open Sign in with ChatGPT, also subject to that provider’s information. Ordinary dashboard access uses iChef email and password.
4. MANAGING TECHNICAL TOOLS
Log out using the logout control, change effects with their control, and delete cookies or local storage through browser settings. Blocking the session cookie prevents use of the restricted area; deleting preferences restores initial settings. Cookies & privacy remains available before login.
If optional services are added, they must be declared, integrated with prior blocking and activated after a choice where consent is required. Closing the current information panel is not consent to tracking.
